When rented together it is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit.(the second bedroom is part of the great room and open to the kitchen living room area) Unit “A” offers a huge great room designed with an open deck and views overlooking across the Island to the Caribbean Sea. Full deluxe kitchen with side by side fridge and 6 burner stove plus living room and two queen beds. Truly amazing sunrise’s views with lots of early morning sun and a lovely afternoon shade. There is almost always a Sea breeze passing. The outside terrace is on the road side of the Property, you can sit out here and watch the golf carts drive by or just sit and enjoy the real taste of the Island’s daily activities. High vaulted ceilings with rustic beams, hammocks hanging in the porch, this is a very bright unit too.

Unit “B” is considered a Jr. Villa that accesses the master unit “A” creating a two bedroom two bath suite when rented together. Side “B” As with most the units has customizes tiled bathrooms and kitchen and decorated with Mexican hand crafts to make you feel the Real Mexican Experience.

This 2 BD/1 BA penthouse villa offers everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside tables with reading lamps, two closets, A/C and ceiling fan. The second bedroom is furnished with a full/ double size bed, bedside table w/reading lamp, armoire, A/C and ceiling fan. Both bedrooms have ocean views. The bathroom has hand-painted Talavera tiles throughout, a large shower stall with soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser and plenty of room for storing your toiletries. The traditional old-Mexican inspired kitchen shows a colorful display of hand-painted Talavera tiles. The kitchen is complete with a six burner stove with oven, large refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, pots/pans and filtered drinking water. Both the living room and dining area have views of the Caribbean ocean and are comfortably furnished. For your entertainment, there is cable TV, DVD player, Ipod docking station and a small library. Outdoor comforts include a large viewing deck with 360 degree views of the Caribbean ocean, patio furniture, market umbrella and barbeque.

Blue cabana of miracles… Has a queen size bed (outfitted with cozy-cotton linens), two night stands and bench custom made of recycled wood, and vintage inspired reading lamps. The large bathroom and changing room is completely tiled throughout and has large custom-made plantation shutters and a large closet with abundant storage. The best part of the charming kitchen is the view of the Turquoise Mexican Caribbean Ocean. It´s equipped with a four burner stove, large custom made sink, under the counter fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots/pans, flatware, all utensils, and bottled drinking water. There is also a breakfast bar with two stools and a corner cushioned lounge with lots of pillows. The patio offers inspiring sunrises and sunsets, with outdoor two-person bistro set, beach chairs with ottoman, market umbrella, BBQ, and lots of areas for lounging around.

Private Beach Ocean Front with Big Lawn and Coconut Trees. One of the new Villas at El Milagro, Ocean Garden #1 features large, sliding French doors in both the bedroom and kitchen/dining area opening up to a covered tiled Veranda with views across the lawn covered with coconut trees and out to the Caribbean sea. It is less than 200 feet from the beach and dipping pool. The full kitchen hosts stainless appliances while cool tile floors grace the suite. The second bedroom is created by a sliding folding door between the dining/kitchen area and can be left open and used as a larger den/lounge area or closed. Both bedrooms have large walk in closets. The large covered veranda provides a great place to sit out of the sun or rain and enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sunset. (This is a great place for children, gated and safe for children to run around, except for no cover on dipping pool)

Coconut Trees, Private Beach, Private Veranda. Just as it is with the two-bedroom Ocean Garden Villa #1, this one-bedroom suite features large, double French doors in the main living room and kitchen area opening up to a covered Veranda with views across the lawn covered with coconut trees and out to the Caribbean sea. It is less than 200 feet from the beach and dipping pool. The bedroom is in back and has its own private covered Veranda overlooking the garden at the back of the property all by itself.  The large covered veranda provides a great place to sit out of the sun or rain and enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sunset. This is a very large one bedroom unit and extra beds can easily be brought to accommodate more guests. (This is also great for children because of the lawns and dipping pool and it is gated and safe… they can run free, except no cover for dipping pool)

Park your bicycles or golf cart at the door and take a siesta or sit in your hammock and watch the world go by from the front porch of this spacious Villa. Festive, bright and airy, it’s a family and friends kind of place with a roomy queen bed in the bedroom, a comfy single and space for an additional sleeper in the living room and a bathroom accessible to all. The nicely-equipped kitchen features new appliances, is stocked with cookware and is complemented by a convenient dining area. Head across the driveway to the on-site mini-market, next door to the fishermen’s co-op and you’ll have everything you need for your own little fiesta.

Catch an island sunrise or watch the world go by from your own private deck, then hop on the bicycles or golf cart parked right at your door and head for town or the beach. No worries. No rush. Just the start of another delightful day at El Milagro’s Villa 2. Similar to Villa 1, it’s festive, fun and a family and friends kind of place. As it is with most of the El Milagro accommodations, it features a serviceable kitchen furnished with everything you’ll need for preparing breakfast, lunch, dinner and more, and offers a comfortable dining area as well. This is another very large one bedroom unit with lots of extra space. A BBQ can be put on the deck for you own private BBQ of fresh fish or lobster from the fishing co-op next door. We supply the BBQ and the wood and the guys will go get the fish or lobster for you.

Featuring plenty of El Milagro character and festive ambiance, this new unpretentious studio is for the cost-conscious traveler whose motto might be “sleep, eat, and explore.” It features a comfy queen-size bed with room for a second one, a pleasant bath, and an efficient kitchenette with full size refrigerator and perfect for quick meals and snacks. After all, with plenty of amenities at El Milagro and all of recreational activities available on Isla Mujeres this room is more than what you need. This is inside the main lounge area of the property with easy access to the sunset / sunrise deck and the social lounge and Movie Theater. Who needs more?

This spacious studio with living room area oozes character as well as practicality. Its comfy queen-size bed (or two queen-size beds if desired) roomy bath and ample kitchenette help guarantee every guest a quality experience. It is part of the main building and sits next to the social lounge and just steps way from the stairs going up to the sunset /sunrise viewing deck. When sitting on the porch you look out across the marina and down the dock and the boats out to the sea. Unassuming and humble doesn’t have to mean plain and boring. In fact, fewer pretenses can lead to more character. At El Milagro, that means vivid colors, custom fixtures, hand-crafted accoutrements and more.

1 bedroom 1 1/4- baths – Upstairs unit with large private deck and views across the marina and out to the Bahia of Mujeres to Cancun. High open beam ceilings, lots of light, full kitchen with all custom Mexican tile work. Kitchen is open to the living area and porch, fun and easy to hang out at the Kitchen Island and cook. The deck is half covered and half open for sun protection.

The Bedroom has a double sink finished with custom Mexican tile work, a nice big tile shower and separate area for sinks and toilet. Can be rented with Bay Front 1-B to create a second bedroom its own outside entrance down the outside hallway. The second room (Bay front 1-B) has its own mini kitchen with full fridge, micro wave and small kitchen sink, this room can be rented separately as an efficiency suite if the guests up front only want a 1 bedroom unit, and it has the same bathroom and custom tile work as the front unit.

These Bay front units and our Caribbean units were newly completed at El Milagro in 2013 on the Roof top of the big building. They are approximately 20 feet up, with a grand stairway in the center of the lobby leading up to them. They all have their own private decks and view. The kitchens and tile work, doors, windows and bathrooms are very similar in design and style to each other. The biggest difference is the location and size, two faces the Caribbean and two face the bay and the Marina.

This unit has its own mini kitchen with full fridge, micro wave and small kitchen sink and has it’s own private bathroom and shower that is identical to the one in the bayfront 1 unit that it connects to.

If notice of cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a 50% handling charge. There will be no refund after 60 days prior to arrival. There is no charge for changing of dates if available. For your peace of mind we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
