In addition to the condos themselves, there are extra Jr. Suites (most with kitchenettes) available on each floor, to be rented separately as a hotel unit, or as additional bedrooms to provide more space to guests renting the condos. The “almost infinity” pool and covered lounging patio are common areas for all guests to enjoy and there are chairs and loungers on the private beach below. The calm waters of the Bay side of the island are perfect for year-round swimming and snorkeling. A new addition is the dock in front of the property. Not only can you bring your boat to the house, but there is plenty of space on the dock for sunbathing, watching the sunset, etc.

Villa de Isla is right next door to a long-time favorite, Maria’s Kankin Restaurant, just up the road from Casa de los Suenos’ Oceanfront Restaurant and Bar. Also close by is Garrafon Park, Garrafonde Castilla and the Mayan Ruins and Village at the south end. The cliff areas at the south end are great for those who like to walk and enjoy the local birds and flora while gazing at the turquoise waters of the Caribe, with the waves crashing on the rocks below.
