It is located on the 3rd floor on a private hallway to Condo Deluxe Single #39. It features a full kitchen, living area and bedroom. The bedroom has an attached full bath and closet. The kitchen has a small refrigerator, a two burner hot plate, microwave, coffeepot and blender. There is a large terrace with an ocean and pool view. The Deluxe Single Room #39 is a newly furnished unit located on the 3rd floor on a private hallway to Condo Deluxe Ocean View #40 with a queen bed, a full bath and closet, an efficiency kitchen and a small balcony. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, a two burner hot plate, microwave, coffeepot and blender. The Regular Studio provides a very comfortable space for 1-2 adults. It features a queen size bed with a privacy screen to separate the sleeping area from the open plan living room area, a large bathroom with a large tiled shower, a full kitchen with a 2 burner stove, microwave, coffeepot and blender. Nautibeach Payment and Cancellation Policy: A deposit of one-half must be received within 6 days of making the reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation of reservation 30 days or more prior to arrival: Full refund minus fee of 5% of deposit. Cancellation 29 days or less prior to the arrival date: No refund. The reservations manager may issue a credit given special considerations, such as if the guest is a returning guest or has a family related emergency, but the decision is at the sole discretion of the manager. An issued credit is valid for use in the twelve months following the canceled stay at Nautibeach and may not be used during holiday seasons. If the cancellation is due to a weather related emergency, the ORP Nautibeach Board will consider refunds and/or credits dependent upon the situation.
