Each bedroom has a good sized closet for storage . There are 2 large ensuite bathrooms in this unit and plenty of hot water .
There is a sleek new kitchen with seating for 4 and fully equipped to cook meals and prepare snacks . The living room has a comfortable couch and a smart TV and entertainment system to wind down in when you are not at the beach or on a excursion . Off the living room through slidding glass doors is a large balcony to relax ,watch the world go by and catch the Isla breezes .
The shared rooftop deck and infinity pool is a quick trip up in the elevator . Chill and sunbathe in the loungers or cool off in the pool . This roof top has views of both the Caribbean and the bay side of the Island to catch some sureal sunrises and sunsets with a coffee or cold drink in hand .

Cancellation and Refund Policy
To confirm a reservation a deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due within 10 days . the balance is due upon arrival and keys will not be given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time , no exceptions regardless of reason ( full payment in advance is another option ) If Cancellation is necessary a full refund of the deposit will be given if intent to cacle is received at least 60 days prior to arrival . We highly recommend guests purchase cancel for any reason trip insurance to cover weather , illness and any other unforeseen eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation . Any changes in dates if well in advance and subject to availability will be assessed a fee of 30 USD each .
