Casa de Jaguar lies at the more private, south end of Isla Mujeres. This Mexican-style hacienda overlooks the Caribbean Sea from all its lovely verandas, porches, and the large Infinity pool. Up to 9 guests can enjoy this home. there are 4 bedrooms with king size beds and 4 bathrooms
Doing our part in “Going Green” and saving island resources, we have installed our own transformer, added new solar hot water system, solar pool heater, and water-softening system for the whole house, with more to come.
Enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise from your veranda or the comfortable sitting area adjacent to the pool. This incredible house will meet all your needs, from a gourmet kitchen, entertainment center, home office, WIFI Internet throughout, washer/dryer, barbecue, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and much more. Spend your days relaxing in the pool or take off to town to stroll through artisan shops or enjoy the outdoor cafés.
Isla Mujeres (Island of Women) is a quick ferry ride 8 miles across the bay from Cancun. This beautiful island, 5 miles long and half a mile wide is like taking a step back in time. Pristine beaches, snorkeling, diving, deep-sea fishing, a turtle farm, in season whale shark tours and dolphin swim are but a few of the things to see and do here.
No need for a car, hail an island taxi or rent a bike, moped or golf cart and set off on your own tour. Browse through the local crafts in the downtown area, and dine at any number of restaurants serving all types of cuisine. If you’re up for it, venture out to the colonia’s for a truly authentic Mexican dinner.
There’s plenty of night life, from street entertainers to night clubs. Isla Mujeres offers it all in a smaller, more quaint atmosphere, free of the stress and hustle-bustle of the large resort areas. Once you’ve come to Isla, you’ll come again and again, or perhaps do as some have done and come to stay.

Five night minimum for year-round rentals. Holiday rentals are 7 nights minimum. Four night minimum April 1 – Nov. 1, only.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of reason(payment in full before arrival is another option). If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between 60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason. We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation. One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be assessed a fee of $25 each.
