Villa Tranquila
Villa Tranquila is a very popular Isla Mujeres destination It can be rented as a whole Villa, four bedrooms, 4 and a half baths, sleeping 8-10; the main house, a two bedroom, two and a half bath unit sleeping 4-6; a Studio(there are two, one above the other in a separate building on the same property), sleeping two each; or any combination of the above.
The first floor of the “Main House” consists of a sunken living room complete with built -in couches, comfy leather chairs, ottoman, Smart T. V. The Starlink internet router is in here also. Sliding glass doors lead to an outside terrace. A 1/2 bath, a well equipped kitchen, & dining area complete the first floor.
An indoor circular stairway leads to the second level which consists of 2 bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom. The oceanfront bedroom has a king size bed, leather easy chair & ottoman and Smart T.V. The west bedroom has a queen bed, chair, and a Smart T. V.
The 2 Studios are each equipped with an ensuite full bathroom, a queen bed, Smart T. V as well as a fridge, coffeemaker, & iron w/ironing blanket, small couch, table & chairs.
Three of the four bedrooms, as well as the living room, have ocean views.
Villa Tranquila spectacular oceanfront home has it all: beautiful turquoise hues of the Caribbean, a wonderful rooftop pool for you to enjoy, with downtown & beautiful beaches only a short walk away. The rooftop terrace is partially covered with a palapa or thatched roof and offers magnificent views of the open sea & Mujeres Bay. It has a mini bar area with a fridge and sink, a toilet, as well as tables & chairs for enjoying spectacular sunsets while dining.
This is a great place for families or friends to vacation together in a relaxing and comfortable space. The villa is gated on both sides to provide complete privacy from passers-by.

$20 per person per night extra for more than 8 guests in whole house. Queen air mattress available. Whole Villa rentals only Dec 19-Mar 31. A refundable damage Deposit of $200 is required.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival except for holidays reservations, when balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between 60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason. We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation. One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be assessed a fee of $25 each.
