Villa Elena is located on the popular Caribbean Malecon. overlooking the beautiful clear blue Isla waters. This area is in town but far enough away from the centre to be peaceful and pleasant . The house is owned and managed by a wonderful local couple who have been working with Isla guests for many years . There are 5 units at Villas Elena, 2 oceanview suites , 2 townview studios and a single room with kitchenette each suitable for 1 or 2 people . All the apartments and rooms are well appointed and private with kitchenettes, 1 king bed, WiFI, AC, safe, large TVs and many other features. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy what Isla Mujeres offers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
For full refund, cancellation must reach hotel 30 days prior to arrival in high season, and 15 days in low season. Penalty for late cancellation is two nights. If guest cancels the stay at arrival or while at the hotel, one extra night of payment will be charged as penalty from the date of early departure. In case of a “no show”, hotel will save the room for the guest only for the first night of the stay. If the guest does not arrive on the arrival date, the hotel will release the room the following day at noon.
