All on one level, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sleeping porch for the kids and lots of space, this is perfect for a family. There is a large well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room as well as an extra large dining table.

Located on Sac Bajo, the Bayside peninsula running along the west shore of Isla Mujeres, la Puerta Azul has a great ocean view and beach access. A plus is the salt-water lap pool between the house and the ocean. A couple of extras you won’t find in most properties here are a pressurized water system and a washer and dryer for the guests’ use.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received within two weeks of making reservation. Balance is due on arrival, and keys will not be given to guests unless the payment is ready at that time, no exceptions, regardless of reason(payment in full before arrival is another option). If cancellation is necessary, a full refund of deposit will be given if intent to cancel is received at least 60 days prior to arrival; one half of the deposit will be refunded between 60-30 days prior, and if less than 30 days, no refund will be given, regardless of reason. We recommend that guests purchase trip insurance, readily available on-line, to safeguard against loss of any kind, whether illness, weather or other unforseen eventualities that might prevent you from honoring your reservation. One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge; additional changes will be assessed a fee of $25 each.
