Welcome to the start of your dream vacation in Paradise where our goal is to offer guests first class accommodation. La Casa de Jardin Bed & Breakfast was built with a purpose, of what we had in mind: for a place we would want to spend our vacation. The best quality materials we sourced for aesthetics and our guests with comfort and relaxation in mind. The floors and showers throughout the property are natural Roja Ticul tile with a river rock bottom to help with non slip features. The kitchen counter tops are a beautiful white onyx with black onyx sinks, and Helvex faucets. Every bedroom suite has king sized mattresses, high thread count 100% cotton sheets, and cotton covers. We also have twin beds available in each room and the sofas will make out to twin beds. Each suite has a safe for guests to store their passports and valuables. The lower pool is heated to suit the needs of our guests who like to have pool time in the winter months when the weather is a little cooler on the island.
La Casa de Jardin is located on the South Side of Isla Mujeres near Punta Sur and is almost in the center of the island. The Bed & Breakfast has four individual bedroom suites that offer air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, coffee bar, mini fridge, one full bathroom and 1/2 bath in each suite, and three pools for you to enjoy. Two of the suites will have a Caribbean Sea View from the third floor balcony area. The other suites will have a pool side view, and all suites will be able to enjoy the roof top palapa area. It has dip pool, lounge area and swings with a covered palapa area with 360 views of the island with water views of Caribbean Sea and Cancun. You will be able to enjoy the beautiful sun rise and ocean sea breezes and sound of the crashing waves, and roof top bar area.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one-half of the total rental fee must be received upon booking and the balance 60 days before arrival .
Cancellations
Cancellations 60 days or more in advance will be refunded . After 60 days there is no refund . If Mexico closes to international travel a credit will be issued to use up to 6 months after it opens . We highly recommend trip insurance to protect your investment . This should cover a cancel for any reason clause for all people in your party including weather , illness a death in the family or any other unforeseen eventualities that will prevent your travel One change in reservation dates may be done with no charge up to 30 days before arrival if the space is possible ; additional changes will be assessed a Cancel fee of $25 each.
