Cancellation and Refund Policy
Reservations require a 50% DEPOSIT within 7 DAYS of booking for confirmation. PLEASE NOTE: The reservation will automatically be canceled if payment is not received on time. The BALANCE of RENTAL and SECURITY DEPOSIT must be received within 45 DAYS prior to the arrival date. Failure to pay rental deposit, security deposit or balance of rental on time could result in loss of reservation. If reservations are made less than 60 days before arrival, then 100% of rental and security deposit are required within 7 days of booking. Bookings for Christmas and New Year are subject to100% surcharge regardless of time of cancellation. Reservations may be cancelled within 30 Days of booking and the deposit returned to the customer within 7 Days. After 30 Days reservations will be considered non-cancellable although the customer will have the right to exercise the reservation at anytime in the future for like kind.
