Walled outside patio with new pool and jacuzzi(unheated), lounge chairs, table and chairs, umbrellas. Direct entrance to beach area and ocean, also with an outdoor shower. Casa Aqua Isla Mujeres is located at the north end on the beach adjacent to Villa Kiin and Avalon Reef Club. Inside parking for car or golf cart. Rental includes maid service every other day. TV in living room and all bedrooms; internet service, A/C throughout.

2 night deposit at the moment of booking not refundable if cancellation, from 1 April to 19 December.
4 night deposit at the moment of booking not refundable if cancellations, from 20 December to 31 March.
All payments must arrive to the agent 1 month prior the arrival, if cancellations within this month prior arrival, 50% will be refunded of the balance recently paid. (the deposits are not refundable in any form).
