21% Tax included
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm a reservation, with the balance, plus a refundable damage deposit of $500, due 60 days prior to arrival date. If reservation is made with fewer than 60 days until arrival, full payment is required upon reserving. Normal reservation is for 7 nights. If a reservation for less than 7 nights is accepted, full payment is due. Rates include the 19% tax.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can only be made in accordance with the terms below: More than 90 days before Occupancy date: If the applicant wishes to cancel, a refund will be issued for any deposit or payment. Within the 90 days before Occupancy date: If the Owner is able to re-rent the property, there will be no penalty. If the applicant wishes to cancel; between 45-90 days, there will be a 50% cancellation fee; within 45 days, there will be no refund. If the Owner is able to partially re-rent the property, the penalty will apply proportionally.
