Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full prepayment is required. For high season reservations (Jan 2-Mar 31 & July 1-Aug 15) cancellation must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date to receive a full refund. Penalty for late cancellation is two nights; for low season(Apr 1-June 30 & Aug 16-Dec 23), 24 hours prior notice, with a penalty of one night; for holiday dates( Dec 24-Jan 1), cancellation must be at least 21 days prior to arrival, or there will be no refund.
